Many of our patients continue using our facilities to progress their functional capacity ad achieve their goals after discharge. In addition, we have thousands of people from the community use our facility over the last 15 years to gain strength, improve their cardiovascular condition, improve their balance and overall functionality.

We provide certified personal trainers for clients who request Baseline Assessments of individual training.

Baseline Assessment

Each individual joining our facility undergoes a thorough evaluation assessing their cardiofitness levels, which includes the following:

  1. Musculoskeletal Assessment
  2. CardioFitness Assessment
  3. Body Mass Index Assessment

General Training

Each client receives thorough instruction of all the equipment and programs available for them. After the orientation, we design a specific program based on their Baseline Assessment.  Each client is encouraged to ask our staff questions regarding their progression.  Our programs are created for a variety of reasons, which not only meet the needs of healthy population, but also are specifically designed for following populations:
