Jennifer Barnett PT DPT CCI
Jennifer grew up in Jamaica and Philadelphia PA where she earned her degree with Honors in Physical Therapy from Temple University in 1983. She completed her post-graduate Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a specialization in Orthopedics from Chatham University in 2007. She has also been certified by the APTA as a Clinical Credentialing Instructor in 2009. Jennifer has taken more than 60 courses over the last 27 years. She has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of patient populations with an emphasis on providing the best care possible. She oversees the Company’s Graduate School Affiliation Curriculum with a variety of schools in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She has assisted Alex in the publishing Case Studies in various areas such as radiographic imaging protocols and Movement with Mobilization Techniques.
Alex Ivashenko PT DPT OCS CProT
Alex completed his Bachelor of Science Degree at Rutgers University, Post Graduate Degree in Physical Therapy from Drexel, and Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a specialization in Orthopedics from Chatham University in 2006. He is also Board Certified in Sports and Condition as of 2002. Alex also successfully passed the APTA Specialty Board Examination in Orthopedics in 2009. He is currently involved in a variety of orthopedic case studies including Musculoskeletal Imaging Protocols. Alex is a Clinical Supervisor for NYU's Steinhard School Orthopedic Clinical Residency Program. To date, he completed more than 75 seminars and courses with an emphasis on the treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries, spinal conditions and upper extremity disorders.
John Beskal PT DPT
John received his Bachelor’s of Health Science degree with honors from Quinnipiac University in 2007. He continued his studies in physical therapy earning his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton in May 2010. Throughout his graduate studies, John has been active in his community participating in a variety of volunteering opportunities such as the Physical Therapy Club, where he developed a Wellness Program for Day Cares and Senior Living Centers. In his last year of Graduate studies, John participated in a Research Case Study, "Use of a Computerized Dynamic Posturography (CDP) System to Improve Balance in an Adult with Multisensory Dysequilibrium and a History of Recurrent Near Falls: A Case Report", that will be presented at the American Physical Therapy Association’s Combined Sections Meeting in 2011. Since his graduation, John continues to expand his manual therapy skills in Maitland Concept.
Edenia Jorro PT DPT ATRIC
Edenia received a Bachelors of Arts in Biology, with a minor in Psychology, from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 2002. During her time at Rutgers she earned several scholarships. She presented at a research symposium at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Professional Trainer. Edenia has worked for several years as a personal trainer prior to entering the physical therapy profession. Edenia received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2010. Since her graduation, Edenia has been integrating her experience as a professional trainer and physical therapist to provide a comprehensive approach for her patients. She is expanding her skills in aquatic therapy (certified by ATRI as an Orthopedic Aquatic Specialist) and orthopedic physical therapy skills with the Maitland Concept.
Ann Riesenman PT BS
Ann received her 1st Bachelor of Science Degree from Slippery Rock University (1981) in Physical Education & Health. She then completed a second Bachelor of Science Degree from SUNY-Downstate Medical Center (1986) in Physical Therapy. Over her 25 year career, she has had extensive experience treating a wide spectrum of patient populations in various settings, with concentrations in Orthopedic/Sports, Geriatric, and Manual therapies. She has held positions such as Clinical Manager, Rehab Program Director, and Student Education Coordinator. Ann has completed a variety of courses such as McKenzie, Maitland & Mulligan techniques which have allowed her to expand her expertise in the area of Manual Therapy.
Carleen Baldwin PT DPT
Carly received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Biology from the University of California at Davis 2007. She then continued her studies at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010. While at graduate school, Carly received many awards and honors in her studies and clinical performances which include the Roy G. & Marion L. Kramer Endowment Fund Award for academic achievement and community service, the Award for Clinical Performance, Who's Who Among American Graduate Students, the East West Scholarship Recipient, and the DPT Class of 2010 Vice President. In 2009, Carly served as the student liaison for the Membership and Communication Committee of California Physical Therapy Association. During her clinical affiliations, she developed a passion for balance and vestibular rehabilitation in that patient's with complex vestibular and neurological dysfunctions. She also helped develop a women's health niche at her orthopedic affiliation's clinic. Currently, Carly is completing a research abstract doe publishing that entails the use of orthopedic manual techniques to improve functional performance, pain, and incontinence in cases of innominate asymmetry in female adolescent athletics. She is also hoping to complete her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialty this next year. Carly's interests include the use of orthopedic manual techniques to improve functional performance and she continues to expand her physical therapy skills with the Maitland Concept.
Allison Lacey PT DPT
Allison completed her undergraduate work at Salve Regina University in Rhode Island, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology. While attending SRU, Allison gained valuable experience treating sports related injury working with the University’s athletic trainer and in general physical therapy treatment at an outpatient physical therapy clinic which specialized in orthopedics. Allison received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2011. While at UMDNJ, Allison became involved in the American Physical Therapy Association, and was selected as a student usher the annual conference. Allison is in the process of completing her Post Doctoral Orthopedic Clinical Residency at NYU’s Steinhardt School. Since joining the Company, Allison continues to improve her physical therapy skills with an emphasis on the Maitland Concept.
Steven Zawistowski OT CHT, Hand Therapist
Steven received his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from

Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Service from The University of Maryland-Eastern Shore in 2005; and her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall in 2008. She has extensive experience treating hand and upper extremity injuries in acute care and outpatient settings before joining our staff. She has taken 25 courses and seminars over the past 4 years.
Caroline Ivashenko, Practice Administrator and Marketing Director
Caroline is a honors graduate from The College of New Jersey with Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in1981. She has an extensive background with IBM in customer service, collections and operations management. She currently utilizes her skills to successfully manage the Company. She is also responsible for the marketing the Company to various organizations in New Jersey and New York.
